I could not pass up making them they were so easy to make! And oh my sooo yummy. Although they are more calories than what I like a snack to be they are filling and better than eating a box of candy:) So, here's how I made them. Here are my ingredients; peanut butter, honey, vanilla, coconut flakes, flaxseed, and mini chocolate chips.
Lastly, I just rolled my scoops into ball and there you have it!!
I figured up that two of these is 250 calories. I think they are a pretty good size and like I said they are filling. I am sure you could substitute things (raisins, craisins, etc.) to make it a little healthier, but I think they are perfect just like so!!
