Thankful's been a while since I have blogged. Didn't realize it had been so long:)
I can't believe the Holiday season is upon us already, but I LOVE this time of year!
We had a great Thanksgiving and enjoy great food with both of our families.

This year we have a lot to be thankful most importantly a sweet, healthy and happy baby girl who is already 8 months old! Wow time flies. We are so fortunate to have a happy healthy and growing little girl and I am thankful for that everyday out of the year not just Thanksgiving.

I am also thankful for my family. I have a great family and am very lucky to have two sets of living adn for the most part healthy grandparents. Kendall is fortunate to have two sets of great grandparents and a great great grandma still aorund. On Thanksgiving we took a five generations picture I will share it once I have uploaded it and edited it:)

Here is my turkey this week!
And I thought I would share this as well. Just a few weeks ago Kendall was enjoying her saucer.

And now we have taken it apart and she enjoys standing around it and playing with the toys. She is crawling ALL over the place and I am sure she will be walking before we know it! I. AM. NOT. READY. for that!
Chris did Black Friday shopping with Brad and I stayed home with Kendall. He got all of Kendall's Christmas shopping done. She is one lucky little girl:)

Kendall has had a temperature all day so hopefully it's just a tooth trying to come through! Hope you have enjoyed your weekend:)

Project Life: Oct-22-28

Only ten more weeks of this years Project Life. I just can't believe how fast the time goes by. I hope you all enjoyed Halloween weekend. I will try soon to get a post up of our busy weekend we had!
Enjoy this week's life in our world:) October 22: Kendall and I went to eat with her GREAT, GREAT grandma! I love this shot of thier hands. We will be getting a five generations picture on Thanksgiving Day:)
Oct 23: I had fun making Kendall more hairbows. Like she doesn't already have enough:)

Oct 24: Only 7 months old and already has her own Coach purse (NOT REALLY!) Daddy's in trouble!
Oct. 25 Wow how time flies. Kendall is already 7 months old and I can't believe it!
Oct 26: Kendall slept on me most of the night last night which is very, very rare. I knew something wasn't right. So this morning as soon as I could I got her a doctor's appointment. Thankfully it was at 2 because we had tornadoes in the area at noon. Sure enough I was right and she had a double ear infection. Our first time being sick:( Wish I could be sick for her!
Oct: 27: Such a big girl who loves her mommy. I hope she always stays a mommy's girl:) You can still tell in her eyes she doesn't feel good even with that big smile on her face:(

This is a typical view of her basement living room. It ahs been taken over by Kendall's things!

Little Monsters

I so adore Halloween Scrapbook paper and I absolutely love this echo park paper that I ordered from Sammye Jo and if you haven't checked out her blog yet you must because she is quite talented!

Jen and I took Tripp and Kendall to get their pictures taken while Chris and Brad were both out of town. We loved these little monster outfits so we knew that's what we would put them in. Even thougth it was SO hot outside when we got the pictures taken.

Here is my layout using an 8X10 picture. It seems to be when you get pictures taken by a photographer you get TONS of 8X10 pages in which you don't have nearly enough frames for. I hate for them to sit in the photo envelope to never be seen again don't you? So I thought it would be nice to include some of these in Kendall's scrapbook album.

What do you think?

Would you use an 8X10 picture in an album?

I love that the picture takes up the majority of the page and I just add a few simple embellishments to the page.

If you have 8X10 pictures sitting in envelopes with no where else to go try scrapbooking them! What a great way to save those memories so that they can still be seen in some way:)

Thanks for stopping by:)
